I have a mind-body-spirit approach and am focused on wellness and your full recovery. In my practice, I see illness as an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. I see you as a whole person and have the time to listen to you and offer a diversity of options, including mind body medicine, supplements and individualized diet recommendations, herbal medicines, energy medicine, routine and specialized lab testing as well as conventional approaches. I understand modalities such as acupuncture, massage, reiki, and many others.
I was trained as a yoga teacher and one-on-one yoga therapist 19 years ago, and went to medical school because I wanted to better understand the body. I continue to have one foot planted in the conventional medical world, in order to offer you these options, while the other foot is firmly planted in evidence-based alternative medicine.
