  • 1 cup(s) raspberries
  • 3/4 cup(s) unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) pitted unsweetened cherries or strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 2 teaspoon(s) grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice

Berry Breakfast Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients adding a little lemon juice to taste.
  2. You can use fresh or frozen, unsweetened fruit-as available
