Coconut water or coconut kiefer is fast becoming a favorite smoothie ingredient. It tastes great and has essential electrolytes (minerals) for hydration. Look for brands, in the refrigerated section of the store, with probiotics, for tummy health. The cayenne powder helps pick up the metabolism. Put the lime in the coconut and mix it all up!
