  • 1 cup(s) frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 3/4 cup(s) chilled unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) frozen pitted unsweetened cherries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 2 teaspoon(s) finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice (more or less)

Berry Breakfast Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, add lemon juice as needed to taste
  2. Substitute or add 1 banana too
  3. Puree until smooth
