Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding


For 4 Person(s)


  • 3 cup(s) Almond Milk (unsweetened vanilla and/or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup(s) (more or less sweeten to taste) of Agave Nectar or Stevia to taste
  • 1/2 cup(s) (or more) of crushed raw cashews or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 small pinch of salt
  • 1 ounce(s) Kaluha, Frangelico or any other liquor (godiva, granmanier)- (Optional Ingredient)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) unsweetened organic chocolate cocoa powder (Optional Ingredient)
  • 2 ounce(s) shaved dark chocolate (Optional Ingredient)
  • 2 ounce(s) shredded dried coconut (Optional Ingredient)
  • 1/4 cup(s) Chia Seed

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Directions

  1. Mix Almond milk, agave nectar or stevia, crushed raw cashews or almonds, vanilla, salt
  2. Mix in the Kaluha or other liquor, cocoa powder, dark chocolate and dried coconut (if desired, not necessary)
  3. Mix the liquid ingredients in large (preferably) glass jar
  4. Add Chia Seed
  5. Mix Well
  6. Cover and Refrigerate
  7. Mix again in a little while to prevent seeds from clumping
  8. Can be topped with shaved dark chocolate, berries and/or coconut or other whipped cream
