  • 1/4 cup(s) flax seeds ground
  • 1/4 cup(s) carob powder, unsweetened and sifted
  • 1/3 cup(s) walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup(s) almond butter, raw
  • 1/3 cup(s) honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup(s) coconut, shredded, unsweetend

Carob Truffles Directions

  1. Process all ingredients until mixture forms a dense ball.
  2. Remove from processor and roll small portions between palms of hands to form one inch balls.
  3. Roll in coconut to coat.
  4. Place on serving platter and refrigerate.  
  5. Yeids about 18 truffles
