  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cardamon
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) agave
  • 3 eggs

Almond Blueberry Muffins Directions

  2. 1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a muffin tin with large baking cups.
    2. Combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cardamon in a bowl.
    3. Combine the blueberries, vanilla, agave, and eggs in another bowl.
    4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
    5. Evenly fill each baking cup with the batter
    6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
