  • 2 cup(s) Brussels' Sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fennel seeds
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch(es) salt and pepper to taste

Brussels' sprouts with fennel seeds Directions

  1. Warm fennel seeds in skillet
  2. Add Brussels' sprouts all at once
  3. Immediatly add salt, pepper, water 
  4. Cover for 3 to 5 minutes at medium heat
  5. Uncover to see that the color is bright green and the texture is tender but crisp
  6. Remove to a cool pan
  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
  8. Toss and serve
