High Energy Protein Balls

  • 1 cup(s) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup(s) almond butter
  • 1/4 cup(s) cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup(s) agave
  • 1 cup(s) coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup(s) ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup(s) mini chocolate chips (Vegan, approved sweetener, can omit)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

High Energy Protein Balls Directions

  1. Blend the dry ingredients together and set aside. Blend the wet ingredients and add the wet to the dry.
  2. Combine well and chill 30 minutes
  3. Roll into 1 inch bite size balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to a week.
