  • 2 cup(s) raw cashews
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 2 teaspoon(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice or orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) freshly ground nutmeg

Cashew Cream Directions

  1. Grind the cashews in a mini food processor or nut grinder to give
  2. them a head start in the blender. (If you have a Vita-Mix, you can
  3. skip this step.) Put the water in a blender, then add the lemon juice,
  4. salt, nutmeg, and cashews and blend until creamy smooth. This takes
  5. several minutes, but your taste buds will reap the rewards of your
  6. patience.
