  • 2 1/2 cup(s) Old-fashio rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/3 cup(s) ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 3/4 cup(s) rice syrup or agave
  • 1/3 cup(s) almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Almond-Oat Crisps Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil 2 cookie sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, ground almonds, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, blend together the rice syrup or agave, almond butter, oil and vanilla until creamy; blend into oat mixture. Drop doughby tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden; remove towire racks to cool. Repeat with remaining.
